Our Story

Netjies Leather began in 2018 as a simple passion for craftsmanship. What started as Werner Stolz’s hobby, creating masterpieces in his spare time, quickly grew into something far more meaningful.

In 2023, my husband and I took a bold step and officially acquired Netjies Leather, choosing to invest our time, energy, and belief into building something bigger. With focus and intention, the brand has grown from a small startup into a thriving South African leather business with a strong identity and loyal community.

Today, Netjies Leather stands for more than just handcrafted products. We stand for quality craftsmanship, meaningful growth, and opportunity. Through skills development and training initiatives, we are committed to investing in people, empowering individuals from our local community to develop their skills and build lasting careers in leatherwork.
